1. What types of pet supplies do you offer for hire?

We offer a wide range of pet supplies for hire, including pet injury & recovery products, new puppy products, pet monitoring products and travel items.

2. How does the pet supplies rental process work?

The rental process is simple. You can browse our inventory online, select the items you need, choose your rental duration, and proceed to checkout. We'll handle the rest, including delivery/pickup. All bookings require a $20 security deposit, and 50% of the total charge to be paid at the time of booking.

3. What are the rental durations available?

We offer flexible rental durations to suit your needs, ranging from daily, weekly, to monthly rentals.

4. Do you offer delivery and pickup services for the rented pet supplies?

Collection for all items is available from the Armstrong Creek area.  In some cases we may be able to arrange delivery and pickup services to your specified location subject to location and availability.

5. What happens if the rented item gets damaged or lost?

We understand that accidents happen and normal wear and tear on products is expected. You will be responsible for any damages or loss of the rented item, and charges may apply accordingly.

6. Are the rented pet supplies cleaned and sanitized before each rental?

Yes, we thoroughly clean and sanitize all rented pet supplies between each rental to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.

7. Can I extend the rental period if needed?

Yes, you can extend the rental period if needed, subject to availability. Simply contact us to make arrangements.

8. What happens if I need to cancel my rental reservation?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your rental. Depending on the timing of your cancellation, cancellation fees may apply.

9. Are there any additional fees or deposits required for renting pet supplies?

We require a security deposit of $20 per booking.  This is fully refundable on satisfactory return of all items.

10. Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals or multiple items?

Yes, have a number of custom bundles to save you money when hiring multiple items.

11. Are there any restrictions on who can rent pet supplies (e.g., age, location)?

Generally, anyone of legal age can rent pet supplies from us. However, certain restrictions may apply based on location and rental policies.

12. Do you offer insurance for the rented items?

We do not offer insurance for rented items.  You are responsible for any loss or damage to rented items.  Check with your insurer to see if hired items are covered under your own contents insurance.

13. Can I rent pet supplies for special events or occasions?

Absolutely! We cater to various events and occasions, including parties, weddings, travel, and more.

14. What happens if my pet doesn't like the rented item or I need to shorten my hire period?

We understand that every pet is different and circumstances change. In this instance please contact us, and we'll do our best to find a suitable alternative.
